Hope we have time to catch up before the end of times I have much to say lost my snowball my joy my mind after you left my shrink gave up on me says I’m a lost case no not to me but he told the elves they’re losing hope too they say I speak in riddles makes them uncomfortable they dragged me out of bed dressed me up placed me on the sleigh they’re fine thanks for asking

no I won’t go gentle into the dark I’ll be loud ho ho ho giving out presents well I’m supposed to but I don’t feel like flying tonight to hell with all of this drop me a line or call to say you love me there’s no time for small talk now the world is ending I’m right here babe and I miss you remember where we first met remember what you told me the lights will be soon out the curtain will fall no don’t hang up I can do it I’m as fast as the wind to eat the world before it eats me

you were right all along sorry I laughed babe this freaking world is a stage but we’re not the main characters like you said nobody cares they’re only in it for the presents hey don’t shout don’t scream oh no don’t take it back we’re but side characters in our own story but I can save Christmas babe you hear the applause I’m spreading laughter and joy and hope and irony I swear I’m gonna make it I’ll keep running and running and running not in circles not like now not around you
