Reflected in shining faces

The mirror balls spinning

Bees in a forest of empty bottles

Buzzing over puddles of bubbles

A deep sigh blew away the raindrops

Made the light sway into the darkness

A girl combing her curls with fingers

Beneath her maroon-coloured beret

She asks

A barman to;

Squeeze fresh limes forever

To add a bright, tart flavour

Muddle some mints

Green for garnish

Mojito strips her funeral shroud

The heat moist her L'Oréal-dyed

Sunday Clown dreams

Dancing with daisies

Puffballs in the mirror of bathroom

Adoring the double-locked ballroom
