they say one percent of a billionaire’s wealth could end extreme poverty

by Kiran Josen

instead,
let’s build a cock

rocket, watch it breach

the sky
watch men try to fuck

god

let’s drill

mother’s womb

until she coughs

black blood

let’s fund wars
from boardrooms,
make hunger
a rigged game

somewhere

a mouth gapes

somewhere

a girl plucks

her ribs
like prayer beads.
