“He wants to make me think his thoughts / And they will be enormous, dull – (just the sort / To keep away from).”

-  Rosemary Tonks, The Sofas, Fogs, and Cinema

Constantly, he

releases propaganda, wants

everyone to

worship it—make

it Bible. Me?

I don’t know what to think.

The idea isn’t his—

repetition of thoughts.

Again, and

again. They

hammered it on cave walls, will

have it be-

come injected. Enormous

coverage, all senses dull.

It is just.

Or. Is it just? Just—the

dessert. Just—the sort

of consequence we never get to

experience. To keep

reality away,

not from.
