Artist’s Statement:
1. Memento Ars - This artwork is a part of a series inspired by the Latin saying 'Memento Mori'. In the world of today, I find that negativity and darkness caused by the current state of the world can be overwhelming, and this piece of artwork is the one that calls for the remembrance and thinking of Art.
2. Chamber memory was inspired into creation by all of the poems that I am gladly guilty of writing and which personify the Heart as its own person, so often separate from the rest of ourselves.
3.High Priestess seeks to depict and envision the arcane feminine aspects from our history going, now, beyond the woods , the cave and the sky and into modern architecture of traditions.
4. Moon hymnal is an ohmage to the intersection of femininity and the lunar cycles; an often the brightest and the most shadowed continuity.

BIO: Mirjana M. (they / them ) are a digital artist and writer from Belgrade, Serbia. Their work focuses on exploring the juxtaposition of various elements through mixed media of photography, double exposure, textures and light.
